Friendly reminder: Blue Lagoon Hot Springs must be booked in advance, especially during holidays. fenglintravel allows self-booking. Of course, you can also communicate with them through Tuniu. Let them book for you. If you don't book in advance, you may not be able to buy tickets and soak in the hot springs. Half of the people in my group didn't soak in the hot springs. They sat from 15:00 to 17:45, which was a bit depressing.
The tour guide is responsive and tries to meet all requests. He takes good care of the elderly and friends who don't speak English. He doesn't differentiate between services based on people's spending power.
He will recommend local specialties and delicacies, and won't force anything. Even if a group member asks to leave the group, he won't lose his temper because of this. He handles it according to the rules and gives appropriate assistance. This is not easy.

The arrangement is not very tight, it is quite relaxed. I left at 9 am and arrived at the hotel at 17 or 18 pm. I went there during the Spring Festival and did not stay in the town of Vik (it was full), so the driving time to the glacier lake was longer, about 3 hours one way. This time, because of strong winds one day, I returned to the hotel at 14:00. If you choose to travel in Iceland, you still have to know something about the local weather. It is said that there was a group that almost stayed in the hotel because of strong winds entering.
Let's talk about food first. Although it is written that the group lunch and dinner are 20 euros/meal, the tour guide actually did not organize group meals. He will provide information about surrounding restaurants. It is up to you whether to go or not and whether to eat or not. The locals have good English and are very easy-going, so you don't have to worry about ordering. If it doesn't work, you can take pictures and order.
Accommodation, clean and tidy, warm room, strong water power. The space size is average. However, you have the opportunity to see the aurora in the two hotels you stay in. Although it is not obvious to the naked eye. Because there are still many light sources around. It would be better if you live in the town of Vic. It is close to the sea, and there is no light source on the sea, so you can see it more clearly.
On the first day, the tour guide will pick you up at the airport from 16:20. Guide Li is quite humane and will not leave after a certain time. As long as it is not too late, he will still wait. On the last day, the airport is sent at 4 am, which basically does not wait for anyone. If you can't accept it, you will automatically give up. However, the airport bus is one kilometer away from the hotel, which is still convenient.
The buses used in the itinerary are basically full. Therefore, there are not many seats for transportation. But the driver drove very steadily, because it was on ice and snow, it was not easy.
